VTech Bouncing Colors Turtle
January 6, 2010
I love Vtech toys. My kids have enjoyed the VSmile for quite some time and we've purchased many other VTech toys over the years. Each one is amazing, kid friendly, colorful, educational, fun and not too loud.
The Vtech Jungle Gym line has some super cute toys for kids. We recently tried out the Bouncing Colors Turtle toy from the Jungle Gym line of Vtech toys. This adorable turtle allows the child to bounce while music plays and different colors light up.
I love how interactive this toy is. Unlike some other bouncing toys that I've seen, this actually helps the child learn by rewarding the bouncing with lights, music, colors and shapes. My daughter has a blast bouncing and dancing along to the music. I don't doubt that it will be very soon that she has the songs memorized and can sing along as well. I will also say, as a mom that hears annoying music coming from random toys all day long, this toy and it's songs are not irritating in the slightest. The volume isn't too loud and the songs are really cute. This is a huge thing for me. When I'm purchasing toys I definitely avoid the ones that I won't be able to think straight while they are playing. The Bouncing Colors Turtle toy is very much easy on the ears.
Another serious plus about this toy that I know parents will love is how easy it was to put together. A few pieces popped in place and it was ready for some serious bouncing. And the price is very affordable. Take those gift cards you got for Christmas and put them to good use because this is a toy that will get played with for a while. The age recommendations are 18-36 months. I like that it's a toy that a child doesn't outgrow in a few short months. Honestly, even my five year old enjoys bouncing on it from time to time.
I've always recommened Vtech toys to other parents and those buying gifts for kids and now I have a new toy in the Vtech family that I am happy to add to my list of beloved Vtech toys. If you are looking for other great items from Vtech, check out some of my faves; the VSmile TV Learning System, Crazy Legs Learning Bugs and the Learn and Dance Interactive Zoo.
I received a sample product for this review. My thoughts and opinions remain my own. I was not monetarily compensated for my review.
