I am so sunburned.

And sore.

But, it was totally worth it!

I spent the entire afternoon on Saturday painting in my backyard.

Listening to some great music. (Seether, Eric Hutchinson, Everclear, Jimmy Buffett and Train - thanks to all who introduced me to the song Hey, Soul Sister!)

I painted some of the living room furniture, picture frames and a few decor items. I'm in love with the results! I have a couple more accent pillows I'm in the middle of making and I'll post pics soon. Since I was stumped on what colors to do the walls, I figured I'd start with the decor and let it inspire me. Next step, Hobby Lobby for some new fabric and I think I'll be making my wall color decision soon.

It's icky and overcast today. Glad I got my painting done yesterday! But, it's a nice day, nonetheless. My sister in law is coming to visit today and bringing my oh-so-squeezable nephew! Woot!

1. What color do you wear the most?

I love me some gray. I firmly believe it's the comfiest color there is. I wear a lot of brown too. I'm breaking out of my bland box though and have vowed to add some fun colors to my summer wardrobe!

2. Would you rather have $10,000 dollars or a dream vacation?

Definitely the money. I'd rather do some home renovations that go on vacay. Then my house would feel like a vacation!

3. Do you have a weird, quirky or unusual habit?

Ok, I thought there was nothing. I asked 0007. He says it's my habit of picking up his cups and washing them when he's not finished with them yet. Also, cleaning up all his random crap and then he can't find it. I totally admit to both of those. He's always looking for his cup. Um, yeah, I washed it and put it up. I just can't stand to have dishes randomly throughout the house!

...going to bed earlier. I've always been a night owl and like to sleep late. Luckily, my kids are the same way. But, TRex starts school this fall and all that will change. If I don't start changing our sleeping habits now, it's going to be hard later!

I really don't remember. It was probably my friend Sara at MellyRoo. She got me into the whole blogging world.

Frogs, butterflies, WillowTree, dust

7. How old were you when you had your first kiss?

However old I was in 4th grade. On the bus, choir trip. Got busted by another kid who snitched to the teacher.

8. Do you text/twitter while driving?

Nope! I think it's terribly dangerous. When I see someone driving like an idiot, I look over and, inevitably, they are texting. I love that it's illegal some places and hope it gets like that everywhere.
