This morning, I was more of a teenager than a mom.

Yep, I overslept.

Woke up two minutes before I usually take TRex to school.

0007 is having an allergy attack so, he wasn't up getting ready for work. I got up, got TRex up and got us both ready in 20 minutes.

The crap thing is that every morning I get up and get dressed and do my makeup and get all the way ready just to go drop him off. I don't have to do any of that stuff on those mornings that I have time to do it. But, today I knew I would...

Update on Kitchen and 5QF!

Update: I'm almost done with my home makeover!

Lemme explain.

The actual kitchen has been done for a few days. The thing is, one of the big parts of the renovation opened the room up a lot and made my kitchen, living room and dining room much more of one big room. I couldn't do the kitchen and stop there! The whole area had to be painted!

That's one reason it's taking so long.

Another reason is way more fun for you all. I'm working with one more sponsor for the giveaway part of the reveal. Woo...

So glad the weekend is here. It looks to be a fun one with birthday parties to attend and 0007's first big photo shoot. The coming weeks are going to be cah-razy.

Wow. So, I didn't really realize that it was Friday until just a few minutes ago. This week went by supah fast!

Paint Fiasco, Boyz 2 Men and Love

I just realized that it's Friday.

Yep. That's the kind of week it's been.

For the last two weeks, I've been doing some painting. I painted one of the bathrooms, walls and cabinets. Then I started painting the kitchen cabinets. I got almost done in the kitchen when, two nights ago, 0007 made us both realize that....I didn't prime them!

Fanfreakintastic.

I was bummed, to say the least. Two weeks and a gallon of paint down the crapper. I'm not so much upset that I have to paint again. I love paint...

Friday, she is upon us. This weekend looks to be a pretty darn good one. I've spent the week painting picture frames, lamps and other things and now I'm all geared up to see what else I can redo for free this weekend!
