Under: 5 Question Friday
So glad the weekend is here. It looks to be a fun one with birthday parties to attend and 0007's first big photo shoot. The coming weeks are going to be cah-razy.
Both of my kids have birthdays (my babies will be 6 and 3!) and I've got a big party to plan for that and my baby TRex is turning into a school-attending big kid! Lots of changes in the near future and this momma is feeling a bit anxious about it. Maybe that's why I embraced the laziness this past week. Clinging to the non-scheduled days of having all my kiddos at home.
What else have I been up to? Well, housework is always exciting to report. Rearranging the house but, really, that's no surprise. I did dye my hair recently and am lovin' the color I'm calling Rocker Red. It's been a while since I had it like this. Picture, you say? Wellllll.....here ya go.
So, what's a lazy blogger to do on this lovely Friday? Thank goodness for Mama M's Five Question Friday, eh? Love me some q&a blog posts. Check her out and play along every Friday!
Today's Questions....
1. What were your school colors?
Red, white and black. And I wore plenty of it the first couple years of high school on the dance team. They aren't those colors anymore though. A year after I graduated, they consolidated the high schools and changed everything. Ahhh, memories.
2. What's the best compliment you ever received?
Hmmmm. In my early 20s, I got told a few times that I looked like Rose McGowan. Nowadays, the best compliment for me is that I'm a good mom or a good cook. Ha! How things change!
3. Do you buy cheap or expensive toilet paper?
In the middle? I don't buy one-ply but, rarely spring for the most expensive.
4. Have you ever had a surprise party thrown for you? Or have you had one for someone else?
I don't think I ever had one and I know I've never thrown one. My birthday is coming up though. Hint, hint.
5. What is one material possession that you "can't live without"?
Hmmmm. Even though I tried to break up with it this week, I guess I'll have to say my computer.
And, because it's been a while, here you go...the obligatory "cute factor". ;-)
I hope you all have a great weekend! We'll see if I can muster up some more posting next week. Ciao!
