Friday already? This week flew by.

I'm stoked it's Friday. I'm watching my nephew this weekend and he's insanely adorable and just the coolest baby! Beware: Pics will likely flow like wine in the coming days!

Before I get to the Mama M-ness of the day, I want to let you all know that I'm organizing a TEXAS BLOG PARTY to be held in south Texas (likely Victoria, possibly Corpus Christi - depending on number of attendees and venue options) on JULY 10TH.

It's going to be a kickin' good time and a way to meet your fellow bloggers!

I need to start getting a guest list together so that I can work on some of the other details. 1. Have you ever had a celeb sighting?

Ok, my sister in law is at my house right now and she reminded me of a time we were in a bar on 6th street in Austin, Texas and some country singer came in and we hung out and drank with him.

Um, yeah.

We were DRINKING in a bar on 6TH STREET.

Neither of us can remember who it was though, she swears it was Doug Moreland. She may be right.

But, it may not have even been us.

But, I did work at a bar in Austin where Kevin Fowler had his birthday party. Got to hang out with him and he was pretty frackin' cool.

Other than that, I don't think I've ever been cool enough to have a celeb sighting. Or, the celeb wasn't cool enough for me to remember it!

2. What temperature do you keep your house?

In the winter, we set it on 69 or 70 during the day and 67 or so at night. In the summer, it's usually around 80 in the day and 78 at night.

3. Do you notice dust at other peoples homes?

Nah. Not really. Hopefully they don't notice it in mine!

4. What's the worst job you ever had?

For four

terrible

 exhausting

 disgusting

no good

rotten days

I worked at a convenient store.

Ick.

5. What is your most sentimental possession?

Um. Probably my photo albums. I have really old pictures of myself and my siblings, my parents and some amazing WWII era pics of my Great Uncle and some other distant relatives.

I also have a butterfly snowglobe that my best friend gave me about a year before she was murdered. The glass broke but, I can't get rid of the bottom part of it.
