I love to cook. I really do. And, I'd like to think that I'm a good cook. I have come to realize that cooking definitely takes some talent, is somewhat foolproof and definitely easier when you are using really good cookware. I really used to think that it didn't matter how good your cookware was but, I'm completely convinced now that amazing cookware makes cooking easier, better and more enjoyable.
