One reader will win a winter accessory from Toil and Trouble.
I look forward to Fall, in part, because of all the cute and comfy accessories. Though, in South Texas, I'm not always able to wear them for that long! I'm always envious when I see those who get to experience the beauty of Fall and all of the stylish accessories that go along with the cooler weather. Despite the general lack of cold temperatures in my region, I do still love the accessories! I was thrilled to find Toil and Trouble, a shop on Etsy that carries, not only amazing winter scarves and cowls but, also has some unique summer scarves as well.
The creativity behind the items at Toil and Trouble started at an early age. Ana, the shop's owner, says "As a child, I would design bold dresses for my grandmother, each on a single sheet of paper and appropriately colored in crayons. She used to humor me and say she would have them made one day." Lucky for us, she's taken her love of design and her training in architecture to create amazingly stylish and classic pieces that will carry you through winter after winter.
The range of accessories at Toil and Trouble is wonderful. Ana creates everything from simple scarves...
to wonderful cowls and scarflettes for you folks in the beautiful snow-filled areas...
and even these amazing and uber-stylish summer scarves that are uniquely upcycled from super soft tshirts...
Ana sent me one of these amazing summer scarf necklaces in a lovely shade of gray. I love it. I had never seen anything like it and I really enjoy having such a unique accessory. The versatility is really nice as well. I can wear it with my summer tanks as a necklace and I'm really looking forward to wearing it doubled around my neck this winter. I sometimes have a problem with necklaces because they can irritate my skin or just become slightly annoying hanging around my neck. They are also always prone to being broken by little hands tugging at them. With this, I avoid both any discomfort and any chance of it being broken! Oh, and I threw myself into an already in progress Bro's Grafix photoshoot to snag this shot.
No matter the temperature of your Fall season, the accessories from Toil and Trouble will keep you looking H-O-T!
