Shade Clothing was founded by a woman looking to fill the void of stylish yet modest women's clothing. It's difficult these days to find women's clothing that is super stylish while being comfortable and not too revealing. Shade Clothing provides just that. All the clothes are hip enough for today's young woman but, classy enough to be worn to work, an event or a family function. I love these clothes.

I enjoy dressing in hip clothing but, feel I've passed the point of super trendy junior's clothing. Once you hit your late 20s and early 30s and have kids, it can be hard to find your niche when it comes to fashion. It's all either too young, too revealing or not quite stylish enough. I think it also becomes more important as you get older to pick truly classic pieces. I no longer shop for items that are uber trendy. Paying attention to the pocketbook means wanting to buy clothes that will last instead of going out of fashion in one season.

The fashion I found at Shade Clothing is all exactly what I've been looking for. The basic tees and tanks are perfect for layering or just a super casual outfit.

to, what I like to call "dressy casual". These are my favorite because I can wear tops like this to the grocery store, to holidays at the in-laws' house, or a night out with hubby.


The skirts from Shade Clothing are super cute and classic. I love that they aren't super short!


I also really like the sweaters and jackets at Shade Clothing. This Peacoat is way too cute.


I must say that aside from the stylish and classic clothing selection, the prices are incredibly modest as well. Good fashion at an affordable price is so important these days. I love seeing a company provide women with chic clothing and not charge outrages prices. Shade Clothing is definitely one of my favorite women's clothing shops.

I have the Cowl Neck long sleeve top in heather pewter/garnet and I absolutely adore it. This top fits so well; it's amazing. This style with the banded bottom that hits perfectly at the hips has become increasingly one of my favorite styles in a top. It's so flattering on any body shape and incredibly forgiving if you are self-conscious about your tummy area. The drape neck makes this top so pretty and it falls wonderfully to create a flattering neckline without being super low-cut. The fabric is soft and comfy and I love the color choices. Really, no matter your body type, I highly recommend this top.
