To celebrate the upcoming Looney Tunes 2011 show premiere, Looney Tunes has launched it's own YouTube channel. The channel showcases some of the best moments from the animated classic which introduced us to infamous characters such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, Sylvester, Tweety, Taz, Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner, Foghorn Leghorn, Yosemite Sam, Pepé Le Pew, Speedy Gonzales, and many others.

I've enjoyed their cartoons for as long as I can remember. To this day, some of my most beloved cartoon episodes are Looney Tunes. As a kid, I adored characters like Speedy Gonzales and Foghorn Leghorn. Introducing my kids to this world has been amazing. Seeing the cartoons again and again is nostalgic but, seing them through my kids' eyes is unbelievable. They are truly timeless and continuously hilarious. I've downloaded several cartoons to my phone for entertainment on the go and my daughter is just in love with them. It's funny to see them pick favorite episodes that used to be my favorite episodes. Cartoons come and go, Looney Tunes cartoons last forever. They are classic and ageless. The new Looney Tunes cartoon series is a half-hour animated series starring Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. In addition to each episode's main story, each show will also feature cartoon shorts starring the other wonderful characters. From time to time, especially when the weather makes big changes, my family deals with some pretty big allergy issues. Being a homeopathic family, we have an arsenal of natural therapies for treatment and prevention. Recently added to our arsenal is the best humidifier we've ever had. I'm a person who is just not built for winter. Living in the deep south, I'm much more equipped to deal with steaming hot temperatures. So, when winter actually does hit down here, I'm painfully cold. What I do love about it is the opportunity to get snuggly. My kids love that too. Several months ago my kids received an educational toy that is so awesome that I have absolutely been recommending it to everyone I know who has kids. The VTech V.Reader Interactive E-Reading System is more than a toy. It's books and games and reading and learning and entertainment and fun all rolled into one. Kids can watch stories come alive as they enjoy fully animated books with narration, character voices, amazing graphics on a large screen. They can interact with their stories, learn to read, practice their reading, play fun games and the parent can keep track of everything. Both my 3 year old and my 6 year old have tons of fun playing with the V.Reader and both are able to learn and play at their levels.
Like many other game systems and educational systems, the V.Reader uses cartridges that contain the stories and games. These are purchased separately. The cool thing about the V.Reader is that you can hook it up to your computer and download new stories onto it instead of keeping up with all the cartridges. Once you install the Learning Lodge Navigator to your computer, you can keep track of your child's progress and download new stories. What's even better? There are many FREE software titles available to download! There are also additional titles for purchase. 
If you have the V.Reader, you already know how wonderful it is. Hopefully you also know about the dowloadable stories and the Learning Lodge Navigator. If you and your kids haven't yet tried the V.Reader, I highly recommend it. They are more affordable than other game systems and incredibly durable while providing hours of fun for the kids and quiet for the parents! I love to take our V.Reader along with us in the car and love that both of my kids can have fun with it though they are on very different levels. There's plenty of other great stuff to see, do and get from VTech! They've always been one of my favorite companies when it comes to great educational entertainment for kids. VTech just released an iPhone app, "VTech: What's That Noise." The app, which can be purchased on iTunes for only $2.99 tasks kids to watch a story about Rufus the dog and play up to eight reading games. I'm hoping I can get it for my Android!
