My daughter and I have the matching Mommy and Daughter aprons in the Original Chic Pink. These aprons are so well made and so adorable. I've been wanting a pair of aprons for us and these are just perfect. My daughter absolutely loves hers and some days she wears it all day long. They are 100% cotton and that makes them soft but, they also seem really durable and are fully lined. I love that the tie is long enough to pull it around and tie it in front. I also really like the perfectly placed pockets. The ruffle all around the bottom of the apron gives it a feminine and sassy look that I just adore. I am loving this apron while I clean and cook and am very much looking forward to the holiday baking.


There are so many different styles of aprons to choose from at Flirty Aprons. There are different colors and patterns to fit everyone's different personalities. The children's aprons come in all the same styles as the women's aprons so that she can look just like Mommy!

Relish! Meal Planning CLOSED

It's hard to always find something creative and healthy to make for dinner. I cook most all of our meals from scratch. While I have tons of recipes, I also have very picky children. Sometimes I feel like we are eating the same menu week after week. It's definitely a money-saving plan to sit down and make out a menu for the entire week before making your grocery list. This has worked for me for quite a while. Though, this can be plenty time-consuming. I recently tried a website called Relish! that is full of yummy and healthy recipes, sorts your menu for you and tabulates your grocery list quickly and easily. It takes so much work out of planning your weekly meals.


At Relish! you'll find weekly recipes, fun things like tailgate party menus, lunch menus and more. A peek into the This and That category shows appetizers, desserts, menus for Dinner and a Movie with corresponding family friendly movies, dinner party menus, potluck ideas and holiday menus. I love the idea for the Dinner and a Movie menus. How about this for family movie night?

Getting down to business, once you are a subscriber, you'll first want to click into the Weekly Menu category. Here you'll find a list of easy and healthy recipes to choose from. There are recipes in the Dime and Dash section that are quick to prepare and inexpensive. The legend characters beside the menus help you know which are Kid-Friendly, Quick, Crockpot, Vegetarian, Lower Calorie, Morning Prep, One Pot or Simple Gourmet. You pick 5 recipes and one dessert and click create menu. You can adjust your serving size to fit your family and see that it not only makes your shopping list but, it separates it out into the simplest of categories. Relish! gives you a list of items that you may already have in your cupboard and then separates out the other ingredients into their categories like meat, dairy, etc. Under your list you'll find all the recipes. You can print out the PDF form of the page and you are ready to hit the grocery store!


When you are a member of Relish! you'll also get email updates with wonderful tips. This week's suggestions on freezing food were wonderful.

I love this program. I like finding new recipes and I like the dinner party and holiday menu suggestions. There are so many different recipes at Relish! that I have been able to try out a few new ones and know that my menus won't be getting stale anytime soon. Soft Star Shoes CLOSED

Soft Star Shoes has been making quality footwear for over 20 years. All of the shoes are handmade in the USA and all the materials come from US based tanneries. The leather used in making these shoes is environmentally friendly and safe for your feet. One of the really great things about these shoes is the inner lining. The natural sheepskin that Soft Star Shoes uses wicks away moisture to keep your feet dry in all temperatures and keep them healthy. The sheepskin sole provides a nice cushion of protection when walking and are soft and flexible to create the conditions of barefeet. The elastic ankle helps to keep the shoes on kids' feet. The designs are cute and you can even design your own.

Soft Star Shoes sent us a pair of the Rambler Moccasin shoes. They are so cute and my daughter loves them. I like knowing her feet are protected. I love that she can put these on without socks and her feet aren't going to be sweaty or uncomfortable. The leather is super soft and the colors are adorable. The craftsmaship is amazing and I am confident they will hold up to even the craziest days of a toddler running around outside.


There are so many great shoes for babies, toddlers, kids and adults at Soft Star Shoes. I would love for my son to have the Phoenix boot this winter. The non-slip sole would be wonderful for snowy areas and the fully lined sheepskin inside looks like it would be so comfy and warm.


I absolutely adore the Swedish Moccasin Sock/Shoes. I really want a pair of these for both my kids (and myself too!). The combo of the sock and shoe looks so incredibly comfortable and I love that they are machine washable. These would be perfect in the wintertime for house shoes that will hold up if the kids go outside. The baby sizes come up to the knees to help keep the legs warm. I also really like that they have flexible suede soles that help them be non-slip. We have a lot of slips and falls in the winter in our house because of all the sock-wearing. The style options of these are absolutely adorable as well.


You'll also find great adult moccasins and shoes at Soft Star Shoes. I like the new Keita slip-on. It's got a nice thick sole for winter wear and they are easy to slip on and off. The outer suede is a nice chocolate color and the inner fully lined sheepskin would be so comfy.


In addition to all the great styles to choose from, you can also design your own shoe which I think is really cool. I love the Saddle shoes. Those would be great for any child.

The photo image is fused into the 100% recycled glass and sealed with a non-toxic acrylic. What makes it even better? Each pendant is a limited edition and signed by the artist. The pendants come on either a cute ribbon cord or a sterling silver chain. Mine is on the pink ribbon cord but, I know it would be lovely on the chain as well.


For more gifts for women, be it a teacher on your list, your neighbor, best friend, sister or mom, you can look into the Luxury Body Care section. Namaste Inc. Handbags CLOSED

Alright ladies, get ready because you will want to pass this info along to your husband, boyfriend or anyone who will be buying gifts for you this holiday season.

The family owned and operated company, Namaste Inc., is one of my favorite companies and makes some of my favorite products. The purses and accessories from Namaste Inc. are some of the best I've ever seen. The animal-friendly faux leather is soft and creamy. The colors are rich and beautiful. One of the things that I truly love about the handbags and other items from this company is their versatility. While they are all geared perfectly for knitters, crocheters and crafters, they are still functional and chic for everyday use by any woman.


I have the Zuma purse. The top of the purse opens really wide, which is so important when you carry as much stuff in your purse as I do. Equally important is the fact that the opening has three cleverly placed and strong magnet closures. It's nice to have easy access with the magnets but, wonderful that they are super strong and the purse stays closed. The countless pockets inside and out are perfect for every little thing I carry and help keep me organized. I love this purse.


My newest item from Namaste is the perfect companion to my Zuma bag. The Mini Clutch is a perfect tri-fold wallet that doubles as a cute clutch. It's small enough to fit in all my purses but, I can attach the strap and use it on it's own for a cute accessory. Again, something that is perfect for knitters but, wonderful for me (who has no idea how to knit). The inner pockets of the Mini Clutch are snap-top and slim but open wider. They are perfect for storing crochet hooks, scissors, pens, business cards, receipts or any other little thing you can think of. The magnet clasp top opens to reveal a roomy interior with spaces for credit cards, a zippered pocket and a nice area for cell phones, makeup or other personal items. I adore this fantastic clutch from Namaste. If you need just a little more room you can opt for the classic Clutch and get more space for all your goodies.


There are so many other amazing handbags and accessories in this shop. The Namaste Cozy is a stylish way to carry knitting needles and crochet hooks.


I really want a Buddy Case. For the crafters, this would be so perfect for all those little items. It features hidden magnetized walls to keep metal items in place. That is absolutely genius and it's obvious that the brilliant and creative minds behind these items are crafters keeping the needs of crafters in mind.


There are plenty of other great handbags as well. The Hermosa is the big bag and it's the end-all-be-all of big bags. Tons of exterior and interior zippered pocketes, a document pocket and water bottle storage make this the perfect bag for work, diaper bag, carry-on, or for anyone who has to take everything with them.


The Laguna bag is definitely one of my faves. The buckle straps on the outside are so chic and stylish. I love the big outer pocket and the zippered interior divider. It is so great to have such amazing organization in a cute purse. The Laguna has metal feet on the bottom of the purse just like the other bags which is wonderful for keeping the bottom of your purse from getting scuffed. And, just like my Zuma bag, it has the strong magnetic closures at the top.


Namaste Inc. is one of my favorite places and I highly recommend them for my Gift Guide.

Daniel Green CLOSED

Just in time for those cold winter nights! Daniel Green is giving away two pairs of their amazing shoes!

I have always loved house shoes. I like to wear shoes inside. In the summer, I always have flip flops on but, in the wintertime, I really like to have a comfy pair (or pairS) of house shoes that I can wear. My absolute favorite house shoes ever are from Daniel Green.

The story of Daniel Green is pretty amazing. It all began with two brothers in the late 1800s. The slippers were originally made from piano felt and their popularity grew quickly. Since the beginning, Daniel Green slippers have sold over 100 million pair. There is such a great variety of shoes that it's easy for any woman to find the perfect pair.

My favorite pair are the Claire slippers. I have worn these everyday since I got them. They are comfy and cute. I have the chocolate pair and I love all the other colors in them. My favorite part is the indoor/outdoor sole. I have worn them as regular shoes so many times and get compliments on them every time I do. I have had houseshoes and slippers before that were really comfortable for the first couple of wears and then got kind of flat and began to get less comfortable. The latex insole in these shoes provides a lasting cushion. Though I've worn them almost every day for weeks now, they are still as comfy as the day I got them. The outsides also still look great. Super cute shoes and I highly recommend them.


I also have the Kenzie slipper and love it as well. This slipper is environmentally friendly. It's made from natural and recycled wool. The bottom has a suede mudguard and it has the indoor/outdoor sole. Trust me, once you put any of these slippers on, you'll be thankful you can wear them out of your house as well! The Kenzie slipper has a soft fleece lining and comes in a few different colors. Each shoe has a cute flower on the outside for an added touch. I will say that these seem to run a tad small. If you are a wide size or half size, I'd suggest going up one size.


There are so many other fantastic shoes at Daniel Green. I love the Dolly Scuff with it's sheepskin upper and shearling lining and collar. I think they'd be a fantastic gift for any woman.


I also really like the Candie. The polka dots are too cute and it comes in so many colors. I imagine the velvet terry cloth and memory foam comfort sock would be so comfortable. My grandmother would love these as well.


The Floppy is so adorable with the cute puppy face on the top. These slippers definitely look comfy and I think they'd be a great gift for a teen or dorm room college student.


If you like house shoes/slippers, need a new pair or know someone who does, I definitely recommend Daniel Green.
