Everyone in my family always needs new socks. I don't know how we never have enough socks but, recently I was about to buy us all some different varieties when I was introduced to Socks4Life.

I've been wanting some new black winter boots this year. I'm not the kind of person to spend the amount that a certain, well-known, three letter brand of winter boots charges. (rhymes with bug) I've been browsing and shopping and now my feet are toasty warm in the most adorable, stylish pair of new black winter boots! And, they are totally affordable!

Rocket Dog has been one of my favorite brands of shoes for a while. This summer my newest addition to my collection was a pair of super cute, light pink Rocket Dog slip-on sneakers from Amazon and I double love them. I had never bought any of their boots though and I am now totally in love with them. The Honeypup boots at Rocket Dog are fantastic! I got the black ones and I love the color. It's not an all-over black. There are white and gray flecks that make them so much better, in my opinion. I like the wintry look and the cableknit and the mid-calf rise. They are so comfy too! I also really love the fact that there is a teensy slight elevation to the back heel of the shoe. It's a flat sole but, there is a slight lift.

We don't live where it snows. But, it gets cold and sometimes the cold weather can also get nasty. It's bad enough to dress myself to keep warm and dry on those cold, slushy, wet days. Those are the days that you hope you don't need to go anywhere because it can be difficult to keep the kids warm and dry. And, let's face it, kid shoes can be expensive.
