I love music and I've definitely passed this love on to my kids. Honestly, I used to dread listening to children's music. It was all the same and so very boring. Recently I've been lucky enough to discover some amazing music for kids by artists who understand that it doesn't have to be the same old boring songs to make kids love to listen.

Go Waggaloo is a new CD by Sarah Lee Guthrie and family. I love this cd! The folk music feel of the songs is comforting and enjoyable. The lyrics are fantastic, thoughtful and so much fun. My kids adore the Go Waggaloo cd and I have no problem at all listening to it over and over again.

One of the really exciting things about this cd is that it includes three songs featuring lyrics by Woody Guthrie never before put to music. Every one of the 13 songs on this disc are so very enjoyable. This is one of the first cd's that I reach for when we get in the car and the kids beg me to play it in their room while they play.


I highly recommend the Go Waggaloo album for you and your kids or for an awesome gift for other kids this holiday season! What a great stocking stuffer!
